The Company Chaos You Don\'t Know You\'re Creating

Posted: Tuesday 27th of October 2015

For many of you, I won't need to define organisational chaos. You know exactly what I am talking about: shifting priorities, unclear direction, unstable processes, unhappy customers, disengaged employees, falling sales and rising costs. However, I find that most organizations have become so accustomed to chaos that they don't even recognise it. Or if they recognise it, they don't believe there's anything they can do about it. It's business as usual. In fact, sadly, many organisations seem to have embraced chaos and called it a good thing. Let’s be clear: Chaos is never a good thing for an organisation. While the world is fluid, and increasingly so, this is no excuse for ambiguity and chaos inside organisations.
It does not have to be this way simple to use cloud based customer management systems with a low entry cost are available but you will have to look hard to find the system that fits.
Companies not using a cloud based customer management system (still using EXCEL) or using a fixed base legacy system will quickly lose the competitive edge creating business chaos with the never ending pain that brings.
SME’s are poorly served into today’s digital marketplace with software to help acquire, retain, manage and develop customers. Without access to a customer management systems companies are at a distinct disadvantage with competitors who are managing customers through social media, online or proactive marketing. Customer management systems on offer today are either unaffordable to most small businesses, sometimes too feature rich (paying for features not required), do not cater for the needs of a small business, based offshore or require an up front capital cost.
Small and medium sized businesses need feature rich, cloud based customer management systems NOW .

Customers now expect to see that a company, however small has an online presence (website, social media, mobile) and are more confident when the company has a unified communication.

BlueCloud CRM will provide an affordable platform to organise and track all customer, supplier, agent or partner interactions for very small and medium sized businesses. BlueCloud CRM forms a base where contact history is managed and stored. All new events (phone calls, messages, meetings) connected with a contact, customer, prospect or company is easily logged and further interactions can be planned and implemented. Customer acquisition, sales and marketing modules will be included in the base package. Using Blue Cloud CRM "Drip Mail", e-mail reminders, events, special occasions and greetings can all be scheduled in advance. Customers are able to make appointments, book services or visits online using Blue Cloud CRM shared diary facility. BlueCloud CRM will provide every user with access to a professional e-mail and SMS marketing platform

BlueCloud CRM packages are available on a rolling monthly contract from £0 to £9.99 per user depending on the package best suited to the customer. User, data and storage limits will apply to packages and customers will be able to either purchase additional resources or move to another package. BlueCloud CRM marketing teams will offer users additional products to further enhance their customer acquisition and marketing strategies including but not limited to Pipeline management, HR, VOIP phone systems, accounting and Social media / networking integration.

Making the management system fit the company rather than the company fit the system is difference between BlueCloud CRM and the competition.
