Case Study – Search Media Legal Recruitment.


I have been using the Blue Cloud CRM for just over a month now and it has transformed the way my recruitment business is organised and has freed up so much more time to concentrate on growing the business.

I have found it very easy to use and the Blue Cloud system allows me to manage all my customers and prospects and keep track of conversations I have with every client. It allows me to create great Email and marketing campaigns not only to all my prospective clients but to all my actual clients too. I can also send scheduled E-mails using the excellent DripMail feature. There is also an integrated diary system which allows me to manage my client meetings and appointments and when I am out visiting clients the system allows me to access the record for that customer on my mobile or tablet.

When a new vacancy is inputted into the system, it matches a CV's already in the system to live vacancies and therefore reducing the time spent resourcing. It has helped speed up the process when looking for the correct candidate.

The candidate registration section is excellent, this is where a potential candidate can complete a small information form and upload their CV and passport from our website straight into the Blue Cloud CRM. The candidate is given a user name a login to Blue Cloud so that they can amend and update their details as required.

The Blue Cloud system tracks all our current vacancies, how may CV's have been submitted for a particular role for a client. Then how many candidates went on the first, second and third interview. It also tracks when and what candidate is due to start, the salary offered and the percentage (%) fee due to us. The system even generates a corporate branded invoice so all I need to worry about is printing it and putting it in the post.

This Blue Cloud CRM is great and has really helped streamline the business. Everyone in our office has access so can see the stage we are at with any particular client or candidate at any time.
